How does a Customer apply a Voucher online?

Customers can apply a Voucher online using 2 methods:

  1. Via the Voucher marketing link
  2. By applying the Voucher code

1. VOUCHER MARKETING LINK

The Customer can follow your Voucher marketing link

This will direct them to your Mini-Site, displaying only Services and availability valid for this Voucher

how-does-a-customer-apply-a-voucher-online The Customer can proceed with their Reservation as per usual, and the Voucher will be applied to the Reservation by default

2. APPLY THE VOUCHER CODE

Upon confirmation of an online Reservation, if Vouchers exist in your account, a 'Voucher/Gift Card' field will appear

The Customer can enter the Voucher code here, eg VIP20, and click to search

The Voucher will be applied to this Reservation:

The Voucher can be removed by clicking the 'x'
