A new Customer can be added in two places:
- From the Customer List
- When creating a new Reservation (see How do I create a new reservation?]
From the Customer List
To add a new Customer from the Customer List, tap the Customers page and then on the + icon
Tap New Customer from the pop-up
Complete the following details in the New Customer pop-up:
It is also possible to import contacts from the Contact list on your device. Tap on the Customers screen and then on the + or Actions button in the top right corner then on Import Customers
From here you can:
- Scroll through the list, tapping on any contacts you wish to import. A tick will appear next to the selected contact
- Select All (to select all contacts on your device) or None (to deselect) from the All/None toggle
The contacts from your device will appear in your Customer List
When creating a new Reservation
To add a new Customer when creating a new Reservation tap Bookings > New Reservation
Tap on the New Reservation pop-up and enter the new customer details
Tap Save and proceed with the Reservation (see the iOS tab of How do I create a new Reservation?)
