Pass overview

A Pass is a way to sell blocks of Services, limited by number of uses or an expiry date, or a combination of both eg

Your Customer purchases a Pass which includes a set number of 'uses'. They can then create Bookings to spend the pass 'uses'. The system automatically manages the number of uses remaining for you.

To use Passes, follow these steps:

  1. Create a Pass Type [How do I create a Pass Type?]
  2. Sell the Pass to a Customer [How do I sell a Pass? (Sale View)]
  3. Use the Pass to Pay for a Service [How does a Customer pay with a Pass?]
