A Break is a period of time on the Roster which is blocked out in the Employee’s column, during which, availability will not show for that Employee.
A Break can be set in the Default Roster to appear on each day by default, or it can be set as a once-off Break (Task) using the Current Roster.
To add a Break to the Default Roster, from the menu tap Roster, then tap on the Employee name
Tap Default Week then locate the required day and tap Breaks
Tap ADD in the top right corner of the Breaks box
Tap the Time drop-down arrow and use the clock to select the start-time of the Break and tap OK
Enter the Duration of the Break in minutes
The Break will appear in the Booking Screen as below:
