A Break is a period of time on the Roster which is blocked out in the Employee’s column, during which, availability will not show for that Employee.
A Break can be set in the Normal Hours Roster to appear on each day by default, or it can be set as a once-off Break (Task) using the Roster.
To add a Break to the Normal Hours Roster, tap Roster, then tap on Employee name
Tap Normal Hours then locate the required day and tap Breaks
Tap the + symbol, then complete the following and tap Done
