Roster: How do I remove a Break?

1. Remove a Once-off Break (Task):

EITHER:

Click directly on the Break on the Booking page, then click Delete

If you delete a break that was set in the Normal Hours Roster, the system will only delete this one instance of the break, which will create an override for this day only


OR:

Go to the Roster (for the relevant date and Employee) by choosing Roster from the left-hand menu

Using the Roster/Normal Hours toggle, select Roster 

Use the Previous and Next arrows to find the required date.

Click Edit against the Employee’s name.

Click Edit in the Breaks column

Click Delete against the break 

Click OK, then click Close


2. Remove a Break from the Normal Hours Roster:

Go to the Normal Hours Roster by choosing Roster from the left-hand menu

Using the Roster/Normal Hours toggle, select Normal Hours

Click Edit against the Employee’s name

Click Edit in the Breaks column

Click Delete against the Break

Click OK, then click Close
