How do I exclude/include specific Products, Services or Employees in the Loyalty Program?
To exclude/include specific Products, Services or Employees in the Loyalty Program, first ensure your Loyalty Program is activated, see How do I set up the Loyalty Program?
To exclude/include specific Products
Edit the Product by choosing Manage > Products > List and clicking the editicon against the Product
Select the Loyalty Enabled Checkbox to include this Product in the Loyalty Program
Deselectthe Loyalty Enabled Checkbox to exclude this Product from the Loyalty Program
Click Save
To exclude/include specific Services
Edit the Product by choosing Manage > Services > List and clicking the editicon against the Service
Selectthe Loyalty Enabled Checkbox to include this Service in the Loyalty Program
Deselectthe Loyalty Enabled Checkbox to exclude this Service from the Loyalty Program
Click Save
To exclude/include specific Employees
Edit the Employee by choosing Manage > Employees > List and clicking the editicon against the Employee
Selectthe Loyalty Enabled Checkbox to include this Employee in the Loyalty Program
Deselectthe Loyalty Enabled Checkbox to exclude this Employee from the Loyalty Program
Click Save
To exclude/include specific Sale items
When processing a Sale see How do I create a new Sale?
Click the edit icon against any of the items within the Sale, to include or exclude this item from the Loyalty Program, just for this one Sale
Click Save
