How do I move a Reservation?

Reservation can be moved in two ways:

  1. By opening the Reservation
  2. By dragging and dropping the Reservation

By opening the Reservation

From the Bookingscreen, click on the Reservation to open it

Click on the Move button in the Reservation box

It is possible to make changes to the Reservation here, by changing the Employee, selecting an entirely different Service, or adding an additional Service

Select the new date/time

The Confirm Move box will appear

Complete any required fields and click Confirm

If moving a recurring Reservation, you will be prompted to select if you would like to move just this Reservation, or all future Reservations. Future reservations can only be moved to a different time on the same day, the dates cannot be changed. Please note that the system does not check availability or warn of double bookings when moving future reservations.

By dragging and dropping the Reservation

Locate the Reservation on the Bookings screen

Hold the Reservation down with your mouse and drag it to the new time/date/employee

Please note: it is not possible to make changes to the Service within the Reservation, when using the drag and drop option

The Confirm Move screen will appear

Click Confirm

Please note that i**f you move a Reservation which has a Sale attached to it, the Sale will remain linked to the Reservation, however the date of the sale will not automatically change

A Reservation can be moved in two ways:

By Opening the Reservation:

From the Booking screen, tap on the Reservation to open it and tap Move Reservation

You can  select a new time from the list of availability, or select an entirely new date by scrolling through the calendar at the top of the pop-up box

Review your moved Reservation and tap Confirm

If moving a recurring Reservation, you will be prompted to select if you would like to move just this Reservation, or all future Reservations. Future reservations can only be moved to a different time on the same day, the dates cannot be changed. Please note that the system does not check availability or warn of double bookings when moving future reservations.

By Dragging and Dropping the Reservation:

Locate the existing Reservation on your Booking screen. Tap on the Reservation and hold, drag the Reservation to its new location (using the calendar arrows where necessary)

From the Booking screen, tap on the Reservation to open it and tap Move:

On this page, you're also able to:

  • change the Employee
  • select a different Service
  • add an additional Service

To move the Reservation, tap CONTINUE to select a new time from the list of availability, or select a new date entirely by tapping the calendar arrows < > or the Calendar icon at the top of the Move Reservation box

Tapping Enter Manually allows you to override the system-offered availability and select your own date and time. Please note: this option disregards system calculated availability and allows double-booking

Review your moved Reservation in the Move Reservation confirmation box and and tap CONFIRM

By dragging and dropping the Reservation:

Locate the existing Reservation on your Booking screen. Tap on the Reservation and hold, drag the Reservation to its new location
