We have a strictly no refund policy at our salon, if you have any issues with any treatment please contact the salon within 48 hours and we will rectify it for you.

Skin/Patch Testing
We as a salon have a duty of care, to make sure that our clients are protected. We require preferably 48 hours before the application other wise a minimum of 24 hours is acceptable. This is the best way to ensure that your allergy free from our products.

Cancellation Policy
we understand clients occasionally need to cancel or change their appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. If notice isn't given on time and client don't show up, you will be automatically charged 50% of your service.

we have completed a COVID RISK assessment, we have had to make a few changes.
1. Employees and guests are asked to wear masks, and potentially other PPE
2. Upon arrival at Salon, temperature will be taken for all employees and guests.
3. Once you arrive at Salon, please wait at the main entrance until told to come in. If Salon is at capacity, you will be asked to wait outside of Salon until we can accommodate you.
4. Please refrain from making appointments if the answer is “YES” to any of the following questions:
Traveled outside of the country within the last 14 days.
Fever, shortness of breath.
Loss of sensation of taste or smell.
Dry cough, runny nose, or sore throat.
If you have been around anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Nausea or vomiting
5. Please refrain from bringing into Salon all food, water, large bags and/or purses.
6. We ask that you do not bring children or guest(s) with you to your appointment since we are on a capacity limit in salon.
