This is a plant-based programme although some meat is allowed. The focus will be on vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, wholegrains, tofu, tempeh, beans and pulses. Grass fed meat can be included 2-3 x a week if needed. Wild caught oily fish three times a week is healthy to include.
We will include a 3-day juice and soup cleanse. You can decide which days are best. Homemade soups are encouraged but chilled are allowed if time constraints don’t allow fo
