Please peruse the important info below before booking. (I know, I know, boring but helpful & necessary)
RL&BD is a fully Council compliant, Home-based Studio. I am a registered, insured business operating since 2013. My mission is to provide Professional Lash and Brow Services in a (clean & hygienic) warm, friendly, relaxing environment.
All bookings are by Appointment only because, well - YOU are the Star and get full undivided one on one attention. For this reason the following Policies are in place to ensure I am not left twiddling my thumbs and incurring loss of trade :)
All Appointments require a Holding deposit to secure your booking. (This is deducted from your service at your Appointment)
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is forfeited for no shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your Appt. More info can be found on the Salon Policy page of the RL&BD website.
Due to Demand: Late nights and Saturday Appointments are booked ahead and/or reserved for existing clients. Any occasional availabilities will be notified on Facebook or Insty.
A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH ALL ADDRESS/PARKING AND ANY PREPARATION DETAILS WILL BE SENT TO YOU THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPT. PLS CONFIRM YOUR APPT VIA THE BUTTON
You are welcome to use Eftpos, Cash or Afterpay in studio.
