The Shaped Look (Deanna) is committed to providing clients with exceptional service using top of the line professional products. I do require a booking fee for all appointments. For the required booking fee I pay the debit/credit card transaction fee. After the service, upon paying the balance, a 4% debit/credit card transaction fee will be added. Cash, zelle, & venmo payment will eliminate the 4% fee. Without a 48 hour notice of cancellation or change your appointment the booking fee will be non-refundable. Any refunds before the 48 hour notice will incur processing fees implemented by PayPal and/or Stripe. If you don't see a day/time that suits your schedule, text me your need for service/day/time frame & I may be able to wiggle you in or expand my schedule.
