COVID – 19 update
Treatments will resume on Monday July 13th inline with government guidelines.
Any treatments in the facial area are currently not permitted and the online booking facility for these treatments is currently suspended.

Prior to appointment.
All clients will be asked to complete a Covid questionnaire prior to appointment, ideally by email or if not possible, then therapist will ask questions verbally over the telephone.

Payment
All clients are asked to pay for their treatment in full prior to the appointment where at all possible. Payment links will be sent out by text, email.
Any changes to the booking date and time must be notified 48 hours prior otherwise 50 % of the treatment cost will be charged. Any cancellations or no shows less than 24 hours will be charged in full to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding

Arrival – Covid 19
Please ring the bell , ( can be found to the left of the front door), to be welcomed in. The entrance door will be open, but the door into the clinic will be locked.
On arrival you will be asked if your temperature can be taken.
