How do I reset a Customers password?

A Customers' password can be reset from two places:

  1. From the Customer list
  2. From the Customer file

From the Customer list

To reset a Customers' password from the Customer list, choose Customers > List

Click the Reset Passwordicon against the Customers' name how-do-i-reset-a-customers-password

Complete the following fields:

FieldDescription
PasswordEnter the new password
ConfirmRe-enter the new password
Send EmailSelect this checkbox to send the Customer an email advising them that their password has been reset

Click Reset

From the Customer file

To reset a Customers' password from the Customer file, choose Customers > List

Click on the Customers' name

Click on the Actionsbutton how-do-i-reset-a-customers-password

Click Reset Password

Complete the required fields

Click Reset
