What’s new in Ovatu Next? 

Roster management has become even easier with our new 4 Weekly Roster option! 


Why did we make this improvement? 

Whether you have full-time, part-time, or casual employees, our aim is to simplify your rostering process, saving you valuable time. 

With the 4 weekly roster, you have greater control over your employee schedules, so you can easily accomodate various working patterns.


How does it work? 

The 4 Weekly Roster option empowers you to plan employee schedules up to four weeks in advance. 

This added flexibility allows you to create more tailored schedules that suit both your business needs and your staff’s preferences. 

Whether you need to accommodate rotating shifts, different opening hours, or staggered days off, the improved 4 weekly roster feature has you covered.


How do I set it up? 

Just like the original weekly and fortnightly rosters, the 4 weekly roster is very easy to use. 

Simply follow our steps for setting up employee working hours and select the Four Weeks option.


What devices will this be available on?

Now available on Ovatu Next app for Web, Desktop (Mac & PC), IOS and Android. 

Not available on legacy. (Ovatu Classic)


Want to migrate to OvatuNext? 

To migrate to OvatuNext, simply go to your Ovatu Classic Web App and follow the Wizard in the top right corner. We've outlined a complete set of instructions HERE.
