How do I view a Customers' past and upcoming Reservations?


You can view a Customers' past and upcoming Reservations in two places:


1. Via the Customer List

2. Via the Reservation tile on the Booking screen


VIA THE CUSTOMER LIST

Tap Customers then tap the Customer Name

Select Reservations in the Info / Reservations / Sales / Stats toggle to see a list of Reservations


Filter the list using the All / Active / Cancelled toggle to view the following:

AllAll reservations past and future, active or cancelled
ActiveOnly active reservations
CancelledOnly cancelled reservations


VIA THE RESERVATION TILE

Tap directly on the Reservation tile, scroll down to the Customer field and tap on it, then tap View Customer File


Select Reservations from the Info / Reservations / Sales / Stats toggle

Filter the list using the All / Active / Cancelled toggle
