You can add Customers to the Waitlist via the internal Reservation process [See How do I create a new Reservation?]
You can also activate the Waitlist feature for Online Booking [See How do I customise my Online Booking settings?]
To add a Customer to the Waitlist via the internal Reservation process, click Waitlist when you reach the Availability screen
Enter in the required information:
|Enable email notifications||**COMING SOON**|
Select this checkbox to enable the Customer to receive a notification once their required time slot becomes available
|Start Date||Enter the start of the date range of the Customer availability|
Enter the end of the date range of the Customer availability
|Send Email||Select this checkbox to send the Customer an email notifying them that they have been added to the Waitlist|
|Day||Select checkbox against the day/s of Customer availability|
Enter a Start Time of the Customer availability
Enter an End Time of Customer availability
Click Add to Waitlist
