To cancel a Reservation, go to the Bookings screen and click on the Reservation to open it
Tap Cancel Reservation
Tap Yes, Cancel
De-select / select Email Customer. If Email Customer is enabled, the customer will receive an email notifying them of their cancellation
Cancelling a Reservation removes the Reservation from the Booking screen, however the Reservation will remain on the Customer file marked as Cancelled. You can view a list of all your cancelled reservations at https://ovatu.com/location/adv...
