How do I move a Reservation?


Reservation can be moved in two ways:

  1. By opening the Reservation
  2. By dragging and dropping the Reservation

By opening the Reservation

From the Booking screen, click on the Reservation to open it

Click on the Move button in the Reservation box 


It is possible to make changes to the Reservation here, by changing the Employee, selecting an entirely different Service, or adding an additional Service

Click Availability

Select the new date/time 


The Confirm Move box will appear


Complete any required fields and click Confirm

If moving a recurring Reservation, you will be prompted to select if you would like to move just this Reservation, or all future Reservations. Future reservations can only be moved to a different time on the same day, the dates cannot be changed. Please note that the system does not check availability or warn of double bookings when moving future reservations.

The Reservation will move on your Bookings screen


By dragging and dropping the Reservation

Locate the Reservation on the Bookings screen

Hold the Reservation down with your mouse and drag it to the new time/date/employee


Please note: it is not possible to make changes to the Service within the Reservation, when using the drag and drop option

The Confirm Move screen will appear

Click Confirm

Please note that if you move a Reservation which has a Sale attached to it, the Sale will remain linked to the Reservation, however the date of the sale will not automatically change
