How do I set an employee's normal working hours?


To set or modify an Employee's normal working hours, tap Roster from the Menu and tap on the Employee's name

Tap Normal Hours from the toggle



It is possible to set the Normal Hours Roster to be either weekly or fortnightly (2 weekly) recurring


To set WEEKLY working hours:

By default the Roster frequency will be set to weekly recurring

For each working day, tap Working to change the No to Yes

Set the Start and Finish times for each working day

Tap Label to enter a label (optional)

Break is a period of time that blocks out the Employee’s column, removing availability for them 

A Break can be set in the Normal Hours Roster to appear by default, or it can be set as a Once off break/task on the Bookings page.

To add a Break to the Normal Hours Roster, tap Breaks

Tap ADD

Adjust the start time and enter the Duration in minutes

Tap ADD > DONE

To delete a Break tap on Breaks on the Normal Hours window, tap directly on the break and tap YES, DELETE. Then tap on DONE.



To set FORTNIGHTLY working hours: 

In the Employee Normal Hours Roster box, tap inside the Frequency field

Tap Fortnightly


You will  see an A/B toggle appear in the Frequency field


The system pre-assigns which week is A Week and which week is B Week 

Tap SAVE to view the Roster page which shows only the working hours and breaks for the current week, with either the A or B tag. This tag indicates if this is the A or B week:



Tap on the Employees name, then on the Normal Hours tab. 

Select the current week (A or B)


For each working day, tap Working to change the No to Yes

Set the Start and Finish times for each working day

Tap Label to enter a label (optional)
