Here's an answer!
To add a Reservation to a Sale, either Create a new Sale (see How do I create a new Sale?) or Edit a Sale (see How do I edit a Sale?)
Reservations can also be added to Sales in the Checkout screen, see How do I checkout a Reservation?
Once you are on the Edit Sale screen, you can EITHER:
- Select a Reservation from the Customers' Unpaid Reservations shortcut buttons, or a Service from the Services shortcut buttons (this is a stand alone service, one that is not attached to a particular reservation)
OR
2. Do one of the following:
- Tap the + icon > Add Reservation
- Tap the + icon > Add Service (this is a stand alone service, that is not attached to a particular reservation)
Tapping Add Reservation will display a list of this customer's existing Reservations
Tap on the one you wish to add:
Tapping Add Service will display a list of Services
Make your selection from the list:
Next, select the Employee from the Employee List
The added Reservation and/or Service (tagged with the Employee's name) will appear in the Reservations section of the Sale:
Proceed with any Payments (see How do I add a Payment to a Sale?)
