Overriding the settings of a specific Employee/Service combination can be done by tapping on Manage in the Menu and then on Employees, locating the Employee from the list, and tapping directly on his/her name
Tap EDIT or tap the pencil icon
Scroll up and down the list of Services, sliding the Can Perform button to the right to enable, or back to the left to disable:
From here you can also override the price of the Service for this Employee
- Any changes made here affect this Employee/Service only. The default values for each Service and Employee remain as per default settings
- Overrides to the the Duration, Processing & Finishing times of this Service (see What is ‘Processing’ and ‘Finishing’ time?) can only be made via the web or iOS apps
- Selecting whether or not a Service is bookable online can only be done via the web app, see the web app tab of How do I override the settings of a specific Employee/Service combination?
To remove an override, delete the override amount in the field and save the change. The default amount will then apply.
