"Sonia has been treating my knee after it was seriously hurt from a dramatic fall. We are currently moving on well. Over time Sonia has enabled my knee to be weight bearing and now removing the pain gradually. She is a skilled practitioner who has improved my life so much. We still have a way to go, as my damaged knee heals my other leg needs treatment, and my back. I can go for a walk with hiking sticks now, gradually building up my strength and stamina. "I am almost at the end of 18 months of treatment with Sonia. I seriously hurt my knee in a fall. Following this visit the vestiges of pain that I had are much reduced. I am now able to start exercising my knee to strengthen it. Sonia is very skilled and I benefit from every visit. I was unable to have an operation so Sonia was my only hope of improvement. Two surgeons backed her treatment and now I am walking much better. I am very grateful. "

I have EDS(hypermobility) so avoiding an operation is helpful. On this visit she untangled my back, gnarled up as a result of walking with sticks. She always finds the most painful spot straightaway and I walked out feeling lighter and pain free. "

"I never thought about deep tissue massage until I had an awful pain at the back of my head. A friend recommended that I get a massage and so I booked an appointment with Elite. The results are amazing, my arms and shoulders have so much free movement and my headache is going away. Sonia is great by explaining what is happening with your muscles and body plus nice to chat with whilst having treatment.

Sonia has treated me for a few months now and I don’t even need a stick. I feel so free now. The pain is sporadic now. The surgeon says Sonia is doing a great job. He says avoid surgery at all costs. I am so relieved not to be in constant pain. I cannot recommend Sonia highly enough. "

"I had a 45minute massage with Sonia yesterday and I can honestly say that my legs haven't felt this good for months. I developed sore knees, thighs and hips after training for a marathon, and despite rest and time, the muscles remained sore. I haven't noticed the pain today (a first in many months) and would therefore recommend without hesitation. A word of warning not to expect a soothing massage - Sonia works incredibly hard and you really feel it but it's worth it for the result." Recommended!

"My son had been experiencing quite a lot of pain as a result of Osgood Schlatter syndrome, and Sonia worked to release and relax the muscles to help alleviate pain. Sonia also suggested a couple of stretches for him to help in between treatments. It was really good to see that Sonia had a good understanding of Schlatters and could explain causes and treatments.
