"As always, a great experience at Mandarin. I have been going here for 4 years now and always have Carrie. Shes a great hairdresser who always encourages you to try new styles and listens to what you want. My first cut during covid was amazing. The salon was clean, there was sanitizer at the door and you could only come in if you had an appointment and mask on etc. Overall an enjoyable experience!"
