Your Next Booking Could Already Be Following You
One tap. No searching. No waiting for a reply. Adding a Book Now button to your Instagram business profile gives customers a direct route from your profile to making an appointment.
And if you’re an Ovatu customer, we’ll show you exactly how to set it up below.
Turn scrolling into bookings
See it. Love it. Book it. Think about how someone discovers your business on Instagram. They see a Reel they love. They visit your profile. They look through your work, check your location and decide they want an appointment. That's the moment you want to make booking as easy as possible. Without a clear booking option, they might send you a DM, search for your website, tell themselves they'll call tomorrow or simply keep scrolling.
With a Book Now button sitting right on your Instagram profile, you've given them an immediate next step.
Make the journey to booking shorter
Without direct booking, a customer journey could look like:
Instagram → Google → website → booking page → appointment
Or:
Instagram → DM → wait for reply → discuss availability → book
With a Book Now button: Instagram → Book Now → appointment
Let clients book when they're ready
Simple. Your clients don't only think about booking appointments during your opening hours. Someone could discover your business while scrolling Instagram at 10pm. They see a treatment they love, visit your profile and decide they want it. If they have to message you and wait until tomorrow, that moment can easily pass. Online booking means they can check your availability and make an appointment while they're thinking about it.
And you don't have to be there to make it happen.
Get more from the content you're already creating
You already put time into Instagram. Reels. Before-and-afters. Client transformations. New treatments. Last-minute availability. Behind-the-scenes content.
All of that content is helping potential clients discover your business and giving them reasons to choose you.
A Book Now button gives that attention somewhere to go.
Instead of:
View → Like → Scroll
you create the opportunity for:
View → Profile → Book
You're not necessarily creating more content, you're making the content you're already creating work harder.
Cut down on booking DMs
“Do you have anything available Saturday?”
“Can I book next week?”
“What times do you have?”
There's nothing wrong with clients messaging you, but arranging appointments through DMs can quickly turn into a lot of back-and-forth.
When clients can book online, they can see your available appointments and choose the time that works for them.
Less messaging for you. More flexibility for them. Ready to add yours?
