I opened by business in 2010 and try to ensure that that all clients feel welcomed from our first meeting.

I have an electronic waiting list . I would urge you to use the function pls if you are not able to get the slot you want. I check this list several times during my working day and you will be notified if a slot comes free.


MICRO SUCTION EAR WAX REMOVAL
Bookings can be made for a free ear check . If you booked for the microsuction treatment and wax is not found there will be a 50% charge of the full treatment cost. Please.contact me 1st on 07598 278628 if you need clarification with this.
I have a system whereby you will be able to view the removal in a large screen during the procedure if you wish.

I'm afraid due to increasing numbers of no show appointments, I have now had to implement a zero tolerance regarding payments for missed appointments. Reminders are automatically sent 48 hours prior ( pls ensure any updated details are submitted). If I have a card on file it will be charged the full amount and if payment is declined then an email payment link will be sent. If payment is not made then no further appointments will be accepted.
I am extremely flexible to make changes once you receive the link if you cannot make the appointment so pls contact me as soon as possible.

Whilst I will still continue to take card payments, I am asking any clients who are able to pay cash to please do so in an attempt for me to keep current prices and to lower my running costs.
