What's new in OvatuNext? 

We are pleased to announce our highly requested multi select feature is here!

Designed to make form filling easier and faster for you and your clients. Our improved Form Builder now includes a Multi-Select Option that enables you to select multiple items at once.

Why have we added this feature?

We understand that forms are an effective means of gathering relevant information to serve your customers in the best possible way. Our new Multi-Select Option has been designed to make the process quicker, more efficient and making lengthy forms a thing of the past.

How does it work?

With the Multi-Select Option, you can gather more information in less time. Just one question alone can give your customers the ability to select multiple options at once.

How do I use this feature?

To start using the Multi-Select Option in future or existing forms, simply log in to your web app and click Manage > Forms. 

From there, you can delete and replace items in your existing forms or create new forms entirely. Simply add a new form item, then when selecting the data type choose Multi-Select.

What devices will this be available on?

This will be available on Ovatu Next app for Web, Desktop (Mac & PC), IOS and Android. 

Not available on legacy. (Ovatu Classic)

Want to migrate to OvatuNext? 

To migrate to OvatuNext, simply go to your Ovatu Classic Web App and follow the Wizard in the top right corner. We've outlined a complete set of instructions HERE.
