Ovatu has full support for group / class bookings, including a full weekly recurring timetable. You can set the maximum number of attendees for each class and customers can book themselves in online just like they would a one-on-one appointment.
Gift cards are fully supported in our point of sale system. You can sell gift cards, send them via email to your customers with a message. Customers can even purchase them online for loved ones via your mini-site.
Our pass system allows you to sell packages with different service / treatment types or sell blocks of classes for group services (Yoga, Pilates, etc.) These passes can be limited by number of uses, an expiry date, or both. i.e. 5 class pass in your first 10 days, 6 month unlimited pass. The options are endless...
Ovatu stores all of your data in the cloud. All data is encrypted when passing through the internet using bank-grade encryption. All of your data is backed up daily in the extremely unlikely event of a system malfunction.
No problem! The Ovatu iOS application stores a FULL COPY of your data offline so you can continue to view your entire schedule and even continue booking customers in. As soon as the power or your internet comes back, we'll sync everything up as needed.
